SUMMARY:Kernersville Haunted Movie Night
DESCRIPTION:  \nWe are having an event to celebrate the spooky season! Join us for our Kernersville Haunted Movie Night on Friday October 15th!\nThe feature film is Hocus Pocus and the park will be transformed for a Haunted night of fun with the Sanderson Sisters!\nThis is NOT a drive-in movie\, this will be on the lawn.\n  \nYou must pre-register to get your ticket to enter the venue! \nEVERYONE NEEDS A TICKET (ALL AGES) \nAdult (Ages 11 & Up) Tickets are $12; they come with one (1) Commemorative T- shirt and a goodie bag.  \nKid Tickets (Ages 10 & Below) are $5; they come with a goodie bag only. If your kid would like a commemorative shirt\, please purchase the Adult Ticket! \n  \nNo entry without a ticket!\n  \nSafety Event Guidelines:\n– Pre-registration is REQUIRED due to safety \n\nNOTE: There will be strobe lights present at the entrance of the event. Please contact us at 336-564-2241 if you are concerned about photosensitivity and seizures. \nKernersville Parks & Recreation Department’s Adaptive and Inclusion Services is dedicated to providing recreation opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. Please initiate the inclusion process at least two weeks before the scheduled program or event in order to ensure enough time and preparation to determine modifications. When you register\, you will be prompted to select whether you require a modification to participate or not. Please select yes\, and you will be contacted by our Adaptive and Inclusion Coordinator to complete any necessary forms\n\n– For everyone’s safety\, we will be limiting interaction as much as possible. The only interaction will be briefly at check-in\, food vendors\, and pictures near our decorations. \n– KPRD staff will be practicing all health and safety guidelines that are recommended at the time of the event. \n– Restrooms will be available at the score tower. Lines will be marked to maintain a 6ft distance and monitored to limit entry to one family at a time. We recommend having a mask on hand in the event 6 ft. distancing is breached. \n– The playground will be closed. \n– Please be respectful to everyone around you. \n– Wingz and Thyngs Food Truck & Sliders Street Food will be onsite as well as Kona Ice of Kernersville serving Hot Chocolate. \n– Carry In – Carry Out – please keep the area as pristine as you found it\, by disposing of trash when you leave. \n– The Ivey M Redmon Sports Complex is alcohol and tobacco-free.
