The first 100 people will receive goodie bags courtesy of the Summit Church! Festivities begin at 6:00pm. Come help us welcome Santa to Kernersville!\n  \nCOVID and other contagious illnesses: We ask that if you are sick or have been around someone who has been sick for any reason\, please stay home. We want our programs to be as safe as possible for everyone. \n  \n\nLetters to Santa\nHave your children write a letter to Santa Claus\, and in a few weeks\, they will receive a letter from him in return! There will be a mailbox for your child to send their letter to Santa located at the Leo Burke Memorial Gazebo in Harmon Park. Please be sure to include a self-addressed\, stamped envelope with the message. You can drop off letters between Monday November 22nd – Monday December 13th\, 2021! \n \n  \nThe Christmas tree will be lit every night at 6:00pm December 5th through December 31st for you to enjoy with your family if you are unable to attend this event.

ONE registration Per Vehicle. The event is FREE to register! Once all tickets have been reserved there will be no additional added. \n– Sound will be broadcast through an FM channel on your vehicle’s radio or portable device so that you can remain inside your vehicle at all times. \n– For everyone’s safety\, we will be limiting interaction between you and the staff as much as possible. The only interaction will be briefly at check-in and you will remain in your vehicle. \n– KPRD staff will be practicing all health and safety guidelines that are recommended at the time of the event. \n– We prefer you remain in your vehicle for watching the movie\, but if you need additional space you must utilize the space in your designated parking spot. \n– Note on vehicles: We reserve the right to park extra tall vehicles (large suvs\, trucks and mini-vans) in spots that will help preserve the best possible sight lines for all vehicles. We encourage you to stay in your vehicle\, should you arrive in a pickup truck and plan to sit in the rear we will park you in the last row. RVs and campers are not allowed. \n– Restrooms will be available for emergencies. Lines will be marked to maintain a 6ft distance and monitored to limit entry to one family at a time. We recommend having a mask on hand in the event 6 ft. distancing is breached. \n– The playground will be closed. \n– Please be respectful to everyone around you. \n– There will be no concessions available – however you are allowed to bring your own. \n– Carry In – Carry Out – please keep the area as pristine as you found it\, by taking any trash with you.
