Refit: Revolutionary Fitness – All Ages
REFIT is a fun, cardio-dance fitness program designed to work your body, heart, and soul. We use positive music with an uplifting message as well as familiar favorites. REFIT can be modified to cater to all fitness levels, ages, and body types. Classes are full of energy and fun!

Zumba & Devoted Fitness with the Dance Fit Divas – All Ages
Dance Fit Divas is a mobile fitness company that inspires women to journey through life with faith, fitness and fun! Our classes feature ZUMBA®, ZUMBA Toning®, and Devoted Fitness®. In addition to fitness experiences that will make you sweat, friendships are made, and everyone has a blast.
Instructor: Katina Rice, Licensed Zumba® & Devoted Fitness® Instructor
Dates: Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00 pm and select Saturdays of each month, 8:30-9:50 am (1/11, 2/8, 3/14, 4/11)

Dance Class – Ages 3 & Up
This high energy dance class will teach you rhythm, musicality, and coordination through different styles! Class size is limited, be sure to register in advance to ensure a spot.
Creative Dance: Learn fundamentals of dance rhythm, coordination, and creativity. Ballet, tap, & jazz
Ballet/Tap/Jazz: Learn basic style steps and terminology in ballet, tap, & jazz while exploring their own creative movement styles

T’ai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention – Ages 18 & Up
This class will focus on Tai Chi principles. You will build core and leg strength for better balance as well as improved posture, breathing exercises, understand and develop the mind/body connection, and experience improved mobility. Class size is limited, and registration must be completed in advance!

Dates: Tuesday & Thursday, 1/2-4/23
