This class works with basic yoga poses, form, balance, strength and stretching. This class modifies poses for you body as needed.

Xtreme Hip Hop Step with Catina

This upbeat and energetic beginner friendly class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn fun and dynamic hip hop steps. Our experienced instructor will guide you through an easy-to-follow routine that combines basic hip hop moves with step aerobics. You’ll get your heart rate up, improve your coordination, and have a blast as you dance to the latest hip hop hits! No experience required.

Barre

Increase strength, flexibility and balance to achieve a full body workout. Focusing on hips, glutes, core and arms. Similar to ballet and Pilates.

Zumba

Zumba is a class that is designed to meet new people, while sweating. This class teaches different styles of dance and at the same time while having fun! A workout will be a mix of low to high intensity style, calorie burning dance fitness party.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Each Class begins with grounding exercises and seated stretches, before moving into sun salutations and standing sequences designed to build heat, while developing strength & balance. A slow, stretchy cool down followed by savasana will leave you with a calm body and mind.
Variations and modifications are always offered to help you discover what feels best in your body! Come flow with us!
