Refit: Revolutionary Fitness – All Ages

Refit is a cardio dance program that engages the whole person: mind, body and soul. This community centered program focuses on building relationships, as well as endurance. In this hour-long fitness class, participants will find easy to learn movements, inspiring music and a family-friendly environment for all ages.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. It not only has the benefits of regular yoga, such as helping with stress, pain, and fatigue — but it can also help with joint lubrication, balance, and even age-specific issues.

Core Work Bootcamp – Ages 12 & Up

Join us for a core work intensive yoga flow. Build and strengthen abdominal area, deepen range of motion in hips. All while toning muscles and burning calories. Please bring your own mat.

Intro to Inversions & Arm Balances – Ages 12 & Up

Work on developing new skills, strengthening, and conditioning the body in preparation to take your yoga practice to the next level.  Learn challenging asanas such as headstand, pinch, crow pose and more!

T’ai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention – Ages 18 & Up

This class will focus on Tai Chi principles. You will build core and leg strength for better balance as well as improved posture, breathing exercises, understand and develop the mind/body connection, and experience improved mobility. Class size is limited, and registration must be completed in advance!
