Zumba

New instructor, same fun!  This workout mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba is often called exercise in disguise.

Refit: Revolutionary Fitness – All Ages

Refit is a cardio dance program designed for all ages, all sizes, all shapes and all fitness levels. Instructor Ashley will provide a fun, rockin’ workout with positive, uplifting music and a community to keep you encouraged and motivated.

T’ai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention – Ages 18 & Up

This class will focus on Tai Chi principles. You will build core and leg strength for better balance as well as improved posture, breathing exercises, understand and develop the mind/body connection, and experience improved mobility. Class size is limited, and registration must be completed in advance!
