Floral Arranging Class
Join us & Piney Grove Flower Farm as we host a floral arranging workshop celebrating the beauty of the season. Guests will enjoy step-by-step instruction on how to create a naturally styled arrangement using a curated selection of freshly harvested, seasonal blooms grown right here in Kernersville. From choosing focal flowers and adding texture to learning design techniques and finishing touches, this class is perfect for beginners and flower lovers alike. Leave with new skills, creative inspiration, and your own lush arrangement to take home.

Womens Personal Safety & Awareness

REGISTRANTS AGE 15 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT THAT MUST STAY ON THE PREMISES WHILE THE PROGRAM IS BEING TAKEN.
This 4-week class focuses on situational awareness, risk reduction, crime prevention strategies and defensive concepts. There will be hands on training helping you identify safety risk, evaluate strengths and weaknesses and explore options for handling threats and violence.

Push Prep Class
Adult
Push Prep will teach you how to push your body out i a way that supports your body to help minimize tearing and injury during birth. We’ll cover pelvic anatomy, how pregnancy affects our body, as well as practical stretches and exercises to prepare your pelvic floor for labor. You’ll learn different pushing techniques using your breath, core muscles, and positioning so you can work with your body and approach birth with confidence.
