This high energy dance class will teach you rhythm, musicality, and coordination! Class size is limited, be sure to register in advance to ensure a spot.

Chicago Style Step – Ages 18+
Join us as we learn the beautifully choreographed turns and spins of Chicago Style Stepping! Combined with the periodic dips and drags, this dance style spotlights the elegant ballroom nature of dance.
Instructor: Crystal Ramsey & Erika Little, Dancing and teaching for over 10 years
Dates: Saturdays 5/5 – 6/2
*Participants wear leather bottom shoes or dance sneakers/shoes*
T’ai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention – Ages 16 & Up
Recommended by the CDC, these classes incorporate T’ai Chi principles and some Qigong to improve health & wellness. Join us and note improvement in balance, confidence, and muscular strength through slow, gentle motion. Silver Sneakers accepted.

Zumba & the Dance Fit Divas – All Ages
Dance Fit Divas is a mobile fitness company that inspires women to dance through life with faith, fitness and fun! Our classes feature ZUMBA®, ZUMBA Toning®, and Devoted Fitness®. In addition to fitness experiences that will make you sweat, these classes provide a great environment to create long lasting friendships. They’re a BLAST!

Yoga in the Park – All Ages
Yoga in the Park at Harmon Park is taught through traditional Vinyasa (“breath-synchronized movement”) with a strong emphasis on alignment in poses. Students can enjoy these basic yoga classes as it is moderately paced and suitable for all experience levels. *Class meets each Tuesday evening in the grassy area of Harmon Park. Bring your own yoga mat – or rent one from us for $1 per class.
