The beginning of the year is always a joyous time for us as we host our annual Father Daughter Dance! We are also excited because we are back to our traditional setup – heavy hors d’oeuvre, max capacity for enjoyment and this year we have a new venue hosting us.
We love to provide amazing customer service, so if you need some assistance and tips on how to purchase tickets we’ve got some steps to help.
Firstly, we would like to highlight the event details. Saturday, February 11th 2023 which is a little earlier than normal. The event runs from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. As stated previously we at a new location as The Summit Church is completing renovations so we had to find a large venue and The Legacy Stables and Events is where we are settled on.
Secondly, we will cover the tickets. Every single person that walks through the door for our event, needs to have a ticket. Tickets go on sale, Tuesday January 10th 2023 at 10am ONLINE ONLY! To complete a transaction, you need to have an account and have your family added to the account for a smooth transaction process. To create an account, look towards the top of the kvparks.com page, located in the green section, click on “Register” on the far right. This will lead you to the online portal.
Please be aware that we transferred system back in October 2021. Some accounts were transferred over and some were not. So, if you try to create an account and it states the email address is in use already, give us a call at 336-996-3062 to assist in resetting your account. If you don’t get that message, you’ll be able to finish creating your account. This process is best completed on a desktop computer.
On the online portal, start the process of creating the account by selecting the “Create An Account” button in the top right of the screen. Follow the prompts to create your account, and once completed it will help to add family members by clicking “Profile” in the top right then scrolling down to the “Relationships/Dependents” section then clicking “Add”. This will allow you to add members, repeat as many times as necessary.
Once everyone is accounted for, click the Town Seal to be led to the home page of the online portal. Click “Special Events”. Click the “Register” button for the 2023 Father Daughter section.
You will be asked to agree to the terms and condition with a check mark. On this page select the registrant and answer the questions, then click “Add to Cart”. Above the “Next” button it allows you to “Continue Shopping”. Repeat the process as many times as necessary to add the needed tickets.
When all the tickets are in you cart, click “Next”. Review your cart, if everything is right click “Pay Now”. Enter your card information, click “Process Payment”.
